The central promise of orchestration is not that less work will be required. It is that more may be achieved by a person, a team, or an organization that can coordinate delegated intelligence well. That promise has a second half, and the second half is the one that gets left out of the slide:
More may be achieved. More will be required.
What is required is judgment, verification, system design, domain knowledge, handoff, security, documentation, customer understanding, and the willingness to stop a useful-looking system before it does something expensive. The worker this book describes is not a person who floats above the details. It is a person who knows which details carry the outcome, and who goes down into them when they do.
